The Museum is staffed entirely by Volunteers and is open to the public every Sunday & bank holiday throughout the year (excluding Christmas & New Year). These Volunteers perform a wide range of jobs according to their skills. What unites them all is a belief in the work the Museum is doing to preserve, protect and display its growing collection of important military artefacts

We are looking for volunteers interested in the following

• Guides and Security
• Carpentry and general maintenance
• Electrical maintenance
• Research
• Grounds maintenance

If you think you could help us by giving a little of your time we would like to hear from you. But whatever your skills and availability do contact us so that we can see how we may be able to involve you in this important work. All museum volunteers must be members of the Friends of LAWM
